With over a decade in Asia Pacific, I have a deep understanding of user behaviors and needs across cultures—shaped by a career in customer service, luxury retail, and product management.
At Zalora, I have led key initiatives as a product manager, improving shopper and seller experiences, streamlining post-purchase flows, and launching a customer-facing AI chatbot across Southeast Asia.
My passion lies in designing thoughtful, user-centric journeys, and I’ve always taken a hands-on role in the UX process — collaborating on research, sketching ideas, and eventually leading design projects under the mentorship of senior designers.
Outside of tech, I’m a competitive outrigger paddler representing Singapore on the world stage. I also design and manage websites for the local paddling community, boosting the sport’s presence across the region.
