At Zalora, I've led initiatives that mark the company's transformative journey : I developed Zalora's first rating and review system powered by machine learning to reduce moderation time while building trust.

I launched Zalora's marketplace stores to unlock new revenue channels. And I introduced the company's first generative AI chatbot to deliver better customer service while keeping reducing operation costs. 

I stay hands-on throughout the UX process, from research to design, not only because it's my passion but because that's where I uncover real user problems and solve them.

Outside of work, you'll find me on the water! I'm a competitive paddler who's represented Singapore internationally, and I give back by managing websites for the local paddling community.
